Build a Career That Hits a High Note
The commercial construction landscape is evolving rapidly. High-performance environments—from cutting-edge corporate offices and healthcare institutions to high-security public infrastructure—demand more than just standard walls. They require precision-engineered acoustic environments.
To systematically solve the regional skilled labor shortage, we built the Rasnic P.A.T.H. (Partnership for Apprenticeship and Training in Hampton Roads) Program. It stands as the first and only registered corporate Apprenticeship Program in the entire Mid-Atlantic region dedicated exclusively to the acoustical ceiling trade track.
We have replaced the old "figure it out as you go" approach with a structured, expert-led training roadmap. You won’t just be working in construction; you will be mastering the elite craft of sound control and commercial aesthetics, utilizing the latest tools and sustainable materials to build the spaces of tomorrow.
More Than a Job—An Elite Professional Future
We believe a paycheck is only half the equation. The Rasnic P.A.T.H. provides a long-term, scalable career path. While others struggle to find a stable trajectory, our apprentices expand their technical trade labor capacity through advanced training in high-specification systems—including high-NRC tile installation, custom clouds, architectural baffles, and premium metal and wood panel layouts.
Through this program, you will learn a highly specialized craft that cannot be automated, join a corporate culture that prioritizes your development, and gain the exact leadership skills required to govern your own field crews. If you are ready to stop looking for a job and start building a definitive professional future, it is time to start your journey on the Rasnic path.

The P.A.T.H. program is an elite corporate training track registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. While general carpenters build a building's frame, our apprentices master the "finish and function" of an interior. You will train directly in laser-guided suspended ceiling grids, advanced sound absorption systems, and specialty architectural panel layouts for high-end commercial spaces.
