Program is an On-the-Job training program designed to create alternative career opportunities for highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds, pursuing sustainable careers in construction, and hoping for a greater chance at achieving the American Dream of financial stability.  The program is hybrid, includes virtual and classroom training, and hands-on experience at various job sites across Hampton Roads.
