ROCHELLE BAKARE

Cofounder, President & Chief Executive Officer

Rochelle Bakare serves as President and CEO of Rasnic Contracting, leading the company’s strategic growth, corporate governance, and enterprise vision. She cofounded the firm from the ground up, establishing its structural operational architecture and implementing the high-performance project controls required to deliver complex commercial interiors across Virginia. Rochelle brings nearly two decades of senior project management and portfolio leadership experience to the commercial sector. Today, she applies this rigor to Rasnic Contracting, maintaining ultimate fiduciary responsibility over the company's long-term market trajectory, corporate scalability, and risk management programs to ensure maximum operational capacity for landmark commercial builds. Rochelle holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Management and a Bachelor of Science. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with advanced post-graduate credentials in Agile Project Management and Business Analysis. She is a dedicated advocate for regional workforce optimization and community empowerment, focused on building strategic partnerships that cultivate a diverse, inclusive workforce and engineer the next generation of industry leaders.

RASAUN NICHOLSON

Cofounder, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Rasaun Nicholson serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rasnic Contracting, directing all field execution, job site operations, and production logistics. As the leader of the firm's construction force, Rasaun translates architectural designs into precision physical reality, specializing in the deployment of high-performance acoustical systems within corporate, educational, healthcare, and public infrastructure environments. Rasaun brings over a decade of deep commercial construction expertise and specialized field management experience to the company, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications. His technical expertise in complex layout engineering and labor deployment has earned him a prominent reputation among manufacturers, inspectors, and premier General Contracting partners region-wide. Rasaun holds advanced trade specializations in architectural suspended grid mechanics and acoustical wall panel layouts, maintaining active technical installation certifications across industry-leading manufacturing systems alongside comprehensive OSHA field safety credentials.

QUINTARIA BRUNSON

Chief Financial Officer

Quintaria Brunson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Rasnic Contracting, directing the enterprise’s comprehensive financial architecture, capital allocation strategy, and corporate accounting systems. As an experienced financial strategist, Quintaria focuses on driving organizational scale, maximizing capital security, and establishing rigorous fiscal controls to support enterprise expansion. Prior to her executive appointment at Rasnic Contracting, Quintaria established a distinguished track record of guiding high-growth organizations through business scaling, strategic financial modeling, and risk mitigation. She is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Specialist who specializes in structuring lean financial controls, maximizing project cost-accounting precision, and overseeing capital compliance. At Rasnic Contracting, Quintaria leverages this extensive background to support the firm's long-term commercial trade velocity and state-wide project delivery footprint. Quintaria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Responsible for corporate blueprint takeoffs, material cost engineering, and competitive bid formulation across all specialty acoustical ceiling and custom wall panel packages. Our pre-construction department ensures rapid, mathematically precise RFP responses tailored directly to our clients' strict architectural specifications.

Jonathan Lacount

Project Manager

Responsible for the end-to-end administration, submittal lifecycle tracking, and schedule governance of all active acoustical ceiling and wall panel packages. Our project management office establishes seamless communication channels and absolute contract alignment with our clients, and General Contracting partners.

Our Field Operations Force

Backed by a strict corporate mandate requiring a 100% OSHA-certified team, our active field operations consist of dedicated Foremen and certified Acoustical Specialists who operate with an uncompromised commitment to our award-winning safety culture. Our crew delivers certified installation craftsmanship and precision layout engineering across the market's premier architectural product lines, ensuring every high-performance commercial interior is built exactly to blueprint specifications and in strict accordance with manufacturer warranty standards.
